Driven by its humanitarian commitment—and in cooperation with the Arab and Islamic Funds, the Ministry of State for Relief Affairs, and in coordination with the municipalities of Gaza and Jabalia—the Arab International Commission for Reconstruction in Palestine (AIOCP) will, immediately upon the entry into force of the ceasefire, begin providing the necessary machinery to open, level, and clear debris from the main roads of Gaza City and Jabalia. This will serve as a first phase to facilitate the return of residents to northern Gaza.
